SAP Projects, over more than 20 years, I have been involved in a variety of SAP implementation projects, covering both ECC and S\/4 versions. I have used methodologies such as ASAP and ACTIVATE, working in different sectors and types of business. Although each project has had its successes and challenges, in this article, I will focus on the 8 main reasons I identify as causes of failure in SAP projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
